- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was with this agent (Jerry Latta) of State Farm for five years. Granted I buy and sell vehicles every six months, the service was very seldom done correctly. I met with Jerry a couple of times for an account review as well as feedback concerning my issues, and action items were never followed up on. I've since moved across town to another branch, and so far I'm receiving excellent service as well as prompt attention to clean up my account from previous issues.July 09, 2017by A Google User
